In Kaya, Burkina Faso, a Mossi man sells kola nuts in the market.  Full of caffeine, the  kola nuts are a popular (but bitter!) snack throughout West Africa.  They are eaten by biting off little chunks of the hard nut, chewing and sucking the juice, and then spitting out the fiber.
