Diarrheal diseases resulting from lack of safe drinking water is a major cause of death among children under five in Africa.  In Abuja, Nigeria, a community volunteer trained by the Society for Family Health, Nigeria's largest indigenous NGO, leads a health education session on using Waterguard to purify water.   Waterguard is a chlorine product that is distributed by the Society for Family Health through social marketing.
